MEET RON

Ron Buford is an Author, Mentor Songwriter, Poet, and Community Engagement Support Personnel.

He values integrity and honesty, and has a passion for inspiring all those he encounters to Live, Laugh, and Learn, despite any obstacles they might face. His fierce faith, huge heart, and willingness to be teachable, makes him a great fit for his role at Focused Interruptions, as one of the Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) Youth Program Support Staff, and Community Support Worker (CSW). Currently, he is a Youth Program Assistant, Transportation Support Staff, and Customer Care Professional, with over ten years of experience.

 

His leadership style and fun personality that encompasses one of the African Proverbs he learned— “To stop along the road, does not end the journey.” Meaning, it’s okay to stop and smell the flowers, because the journey is just as important as reaching the destination.
